would meet the longterm needs of varsity
athletics and provide recreational facilities for

Strategy
The arena includes a 280,000 square foot recreation center, an arena with a capacity for 8,000 seats, parking, retail space, theatres, outdoor courtyards and new residences for students. Particular attention was paid to the integration of highly-efficient architectural lighting with daylighting wherever appropriate.
