Strategy
The systems include a gas-fired combined heat and power unit designed to economically deliver the 12 tonnes of hot water used in the showers each day while generating electricity to supply lighting and power. New ventilation and heat recovery was also installed throughout.
The building was completely re-wired and new lighting fitted throughout to complement the dramatic architectural interventions and high-quality finishes. The team went on to refurbish Cannons Covent Garden Club the following year.
