Strategy

A residential scheme of 175 homes of which 128 count as affordable. The different types of accommodation include: key worker flats, one, two and three-bedroom rental flats and market value sales apartments. There is no external aesthetic difference between all these typologies: the building is designed as a coherent whole.

Due to the very high density of the project, the roofs of the building were designed as public terraces with planted gardens. A youth club that existed on the site was incorporated into the scheme.
