As Atelier Ten’s environmental design practice leader, Emilie works to advance and expand the technical expertise and research acumen of the practice. She provides environmental and LEED consulting services for high performance building projects and masterplans at all scales. Her current work includes the new LEED gold target Miami Science Museum, a carbon-positive environmental center and a competition-winning design for an ecology center in Korea.
Emilie also teaches environmental technology to architecture students at Parsons the New School for Design. She has studied at the Institute of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Stuttgart in Germany, and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the School of Architecture and Urban Design at the University of Kansas.
