As an associate at Atelier Ten, Wendy works on a wide variety of university, institutional and K-12 projects that integrate climate-appropriate strategies into their architectural form and system selection. Some of her current clients include Columbia University, the General Services Administration, Weill Cornell Medical College, the University of Nevada at Las Vegas, and the Museum the Moving Image. Wendy leads Atelier Ten’s Strategic Sustainability & Carbon Management practice.
Wendy has recently taught several courses at Parsons the New School for Design for the Master of Architecture Program including Environmental Technology, and Ecotect Workshop, and Design Studio. Recent speaking engagements include the Urban Green Expo, SIMBuild conference, and the GreenHome NYC Monthly Forum. She also lectures widely on analysis tools for high performance design at architectural design firms. Wendy received an MS in Building Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.Arch from the University of Hawaii. She is a LEED-Accredited Professional.
