UK Standards: BREEAM
Our UK-based building assessment team are licensed in the Code for Sustainable Homes, EcoHomes and most non-domestic BREEAM schemes, including BREEAM Bespoke and International. We offer competitively priced, pro-active assessment services and high-quality consultancy and knowledge-sharing sessions that enable designs teams to achieve their target ratings.

US Standards: USGBC LEED
The Benchmarking practice integrates all aspects of environmental design toward meeting LEED™ certification. We encourage project teams to focus on environmental strategies and performance first and foremost. This approach helps our clients prioritize their sustainability aspirations to ensure these goals achieve the highest LEED rating possible.

Middle East Standards: Estidama
Finalized in April 2010, Estidama is tailored to the Middle East region. An Executive Order requires that all new buildings must meet the 1 Pearl requirement under the rating system while all government funded buildings must achieve 2 Pearls minimum. Our approach to benchmarking prepares our clients to meet the requirements of this newer standard.
